Law has to be interpreted with time

-      Adv. R. P. Rathod.
Advocate High Court, Mumbai.

Law has to be interpreted according to the intention of the legislature and in consonance with the needs of the time. To enforce equitable justice where legislature and executive are found lacking.

People cannot be left remediless because the act does not provide for a remedy.

Court can interfere to interpret law according to the need of the time but court need to work within limits of the law.
